What to expect at your Remedial Massage appointment

  • Treatment.

    Throughout your treatment, we will use a variety of techniques, such as deep tissue massage, dry needling, dry cupping, trigger point therapy, and stretching - all tailored to your body’s individual needs. Throughout the session, we will communicate with you to ensure your comfort and adjust the pressure as necessary.

  • Post Treatment Care.

    You may experience some mild soreness or tenderness. This is normal and should subside within a day or two. Drinking plenty of water can help flush out toxins released during the treatment and reduce muscle stiffness. Avoiding strenuous activities for 24 hours can also aid in the recovery process. it's important to listen to your body and allow yourself time to rest.
